Defense dominates final scrimmage of fall camp

RUSTON, La. - Louisiana Tech's defense dominated in the team's final scrimmage of fall camp as the defense racked up seven sacks - Matt Broha led with four - as the Bulldogs closed out fall camp at Joe Aillet Stadium Wednesday night.
The seven sacks by the defense were a mixture of a strong defensive line and an offensive line that sat a few players during the Wednesday night session. The scrimmage was held at 9 p.m., the same late start time that Tech has when it opens the season at Southern Miss on Sept. 3 in Hattiesburg, Miss.
