Dunkin' Dogs Look to Continue Winning Ways, Take on FIU

After winning its first road game of the season, Louisiana Tech (14-9, 5-5) will now travel to Miami, Florida to take on Florida International (10-13, 4-6).

The game is set to tip off at 6PM CT. The game can be seen on CUSA.TV, and the hall of famer, Dave Nitz, will have the radio call on KXKZ 107.5FM.

Louisiana Tech dealt with adversity throughout Thursday night's game against FAU before prevailing 67-62.

Playing without two starters in Daquan Bracey and Joniah White, the Bulldogs leaned heavily on the duo of Amorie Archibald and Oliver Powell late in the game. The two did not disappoint, scoring 14 of the final 16 Bulldog points in the win.

Archibald finish with 15 points and five assists while Powell added 12 points and seven rebounds in a career-high 33 minutes. Derric Jean led the Bulldogs with 16 points on the evening.

Florida International was also a winner Thursday night, picking up a 76-70 home win over Southern Miss. Leading scorer, Brian Beard Jr., scored 23 points in the win.

The Bulldogs are looking to get over .500 in conference play for the first time this season with a win Saturday night.
