FILM STUDY: Former Oklahoma signee Adrian Hardy now a Bulldog
Louisiana Tech had a surprising new face report to camp on Sunday, ATH Adrian Hardy (6-3, 185) from Dekaney High School (Houston, TX). Let's take a look at his film and breakdown some of his strengths and weaknesses.
The Good
Hardy's film shows him predominantly at the quarterback position. While the Bulldog's coaching staff will play him at receiver, he does show exceptional athleticism no matter where he was lined up. Hardy shows great field vision with the ball in his hands. Highlighted by Hardy's field vision is his anticipation as defender's approach as he quickly cuts against the grain, stops his momentum to let the defender over pursue, or simply change the defenders line with a quick juke to break an arm tackle. Hardy is a true home-run threat whenever or wherever he has the ball on the field.
