FILM STUDY: ATH Commit Amik Robertson
Louisiana Tech received a commitment from Thibodaux High School (La) athlete Amik Robertson (5-9, 170) on Sunday. In this edition of Film Study we will breakdown Amik's strengths and weaknesses.
The Good:
The first thing to jump of Amik's tape is his football acumen, used on both sides of the ball at Thibodaux he shows a natural ability and feel for the play. He seemingly anticipates the movement of his opponent before his opponent knows what his next move will be.
Here we see Amik slow down just enough to stop his opponent's feet before Amik cranks it back up to full speed to leave the defender with nothing but a view of the back of his jersey. Amik's ability to reach full speed with quickness makes him a threat whenever he is in the open field.
