Calhoun Excited to be a Bulldog


Brodrick Calhoun committed to Louisiana Tech on April 26th and has been firm throughout the process. The three-star playmaker will bring another dynamic player to the Bulldog secondary.


Calhoun finished his senior year with 45 total tackles, three tackles for loss, three interceptions, one forced fumble, two fumble recoveries, and three pass breakups. He also holds offers from Colorado State, SMU, Memphis, and Tulane.


Calhoun recently had his in-home visit with the Tech coaching staff. Speaking about the visit, Calhoun said, “It was really good, and I did enjoy [the coaching staff]. I had a great time and they intend for me to come down and compete for the starting job [right away].”

Calhoun is set for his official visit to Louisiana Tech on December 8th.
