Louisiana Tech added a running back to the 2016 class when Metarie Archbishop Rummel Israel Tucker committed to the Bulldogs on Sunday he told BleedTechBlue.com. Tucker joins Ladarrius Thomas of Monroe Wossman as running back commitments for Tech.

Tucker had been committed to Stephen F. Austin since November but announced his decommitment from them yesterday on Twitter.
"The facilities at Tech made me commitment today," Tucker told BleedTechBlue.com. "But not only that but the academics. They have the three quarters system which I was really interested in and that they are a Tier 1 school."
Tucker had a visit scheduled to ULM next week but says he will not take it.
With the departure of Kenneth Dixon, Tech needed more depth at running back. Tucker adds just that.
