Louisiana Tech hosted its annual Junior Day in Ruston today and picked up their first three commitments of 2018. S/LB Kevyon Davis, CB/S Dayven Coleman, and DE D.J. Jackson pledged their commitments to join the Bulldogs in the fall of 2018.

Davis comes from Ennis High School in Ennis, TX. The 200 pound Davis has shown the ability throughout his high school days to really be a thumper who can create big plays.

Dayven Coleman becomes the latest playmaking defensive back to commit to Tech after the Bulldogs had a stellar defensive back class in 2017.

Coleman the #38 CB in the country, and Jackson hail from West Mesquite High school in Mesquite, TX. Coleman is a big physical corner who possesses great ball skills that should translate nicely to the collegiate level. Jackson has shown elite athleticism off the edge that allows for him to be a great pass rusher. The athleticism has also allowed him to play some RB during his high school days.

Davis, Coleman, and Jackson will be welcomed additions to the Bulldog defense next year with their playmaking abilities.
